The Squids 3158 Coiled Lanyard with Clamp securely tethers either hard hats or hand tools to prevent both inconvenient hassles and to prevent smaller items from becoming dangerous dropped objects when working at heights. A durable quick-connect clamp makes for easy anchoring shirts or collars, while the low-profile coil design stays out of the workers way to minimize the potential for snag, tangle and tripping hazards. Compatible with all hard hats, this safety lanyard can be easily connected via the accessory slot or suspension system, and it can also be used for tethering hand tools and other smaller objects through a tool's captive hole eyelet or at retrofitted tool-attachment points. Tested to be trusted and built to withstand harsh conditions, this lanyard is third-party certified to a maximum working capacity of 2 lb with a 2:1 safety factor.
