The ULTRAFRYER ULTR18185 microswitch is a door micro lever switch. This momentary switch is rated at 15 amp-250V/125V and 3/4HP, SPST, with 1/4" TAB TERM (3) and a 2-3/8" lever. It serves as a safety mechanism, preventing fryer operation if the drain valve is open or improperly closed.
