The Ultrafryer ULTR18A004 switch is a float switch for liquid level sensing, made of stainless steel. This switch has 24" wire leads and a 1/4" national pipe thread. It assists in regulating fluid levels to avoid heat build-up and equipment failure due to inadequate fluid levels.
