This hi-limit thermostat has a tripping point of 450°F (232°C) and is designed for use in commercial fryers to ensure the oil and unit reach the proper temperature setpoint. It fits GRA/GRAF/GRBD/GRBDF, LG, VF1/VF1D/VF2/VF2D Series Fryers.
